roma tomato

small white onion

wasabi peas
Instructions
Remove skins and pits from avocados and mash together or blend in a food processor.
Mix in chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and wasabi peas.
Garnish with additional wasabi peas on top and serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
If you don't like the texture of whole wasabi peas, place them in a ziploc bag and lightly roll with a rolling pin before mixing into guacamole.
