Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon Salad

Ingredients
For the glaze/dressing
1/2
cup
soy sauce
1/2
cup
rice wine vinegar
2
tbsp
honey
1
tbsp
minced ginger
1
clove
garlic minced
For the salad
1
salmon fillet
2
cups
lettuce
any salad mix
1/2
cup
snow peas
2
radishes
2
tsp
sesame seeds
for garnish
Instructions
Whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, ginger and garlic until thick.
In a saute pan, heat up 3 tbsp of honey ginger dressing. Saute salmon fillet in heated dressing for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Slice radishes into thin slices, remove ends from snow peas and mix with lettuce.
Serve glazed salmon atop salad and garnish with remaining dressing and sesame seeds.
