Ingredients

can extra large biscuits
1
cup
powdered sugar
2
tsp
matcha powder
vegetable oil
for frying
Instructions
Preheat frying oil.
Cut biscuits into four equal pieces and roll into balls. Drop into frying oil and fry for 30-60 seconds until golden brown. Drain on a cooling rack.
Combine powdered sugar and matcha powder and immediately sprinkle over hot doughnut holes.
