Matcha Powdered Doughnut Holes

Ingredients

  • 1 can extra large biscuits
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat frying oil.
  • Cut biscuits into four equal pieces and roll into balls. Drop into frying oil and fry for 30-60 seconds until golden brown. Drain on a cooling rack.
  • Combine powdered sugar and matcha powder and immediately sprinkle over hot doughnut holes.
