Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotini pasta cooked
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced into 1 inch strips
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, saute sliced chicken and red bell pepper in butter, cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes and ground black pepper until chicken is cooked, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Add in grated parmesan, heavy cream, and flour. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add in cooked pasta and let sit for 5 minutes.

Notes

Feel free to add as much or as little red pepper flakes depending on your preferred spice level!
