Green Tea Holiday Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 can large biscuits
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • assorted sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat vegetable oil for frying.
  • Poke holes in the center of canned biscuits. Fry biscuits for 30 seconds on each side. Cool donuts for at least 10 minutes to ensure frosting does not melt.
  • While donuts are cooling, prepare frosting. Whisk together confectioner's sugar, milk and matcha powder.
  • Dip donuts into matcha frosting and coat with sprinkles.
