Salmon Wasabi Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

eggs
1/4
cup
mayonnaise
1
tbsp
wasabi paste or wasabi powder
1
tsp
ground ginger
smoked salmon
cucumber
thinly sliced
scallions
thinly sliced
sesame seeds
seaweed strips
Instructions
Boil eggs for at least 10 minutes. Remove eggs and place them in an ice bowl for at least five minutes. Once cooled, carefully peel shells off.
Slice hardboiled eggs in half. Scoop out yolks and place in separate bowl. Clean any remaining yolks off egg whites with a damp paper towel.
Add mayonnaise, wasabi, and ginger to yolks and mix until firm paste forms. Spoon or pipe onto egg whites.
Garnish with smoked salmon, cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds and seaweed strips.
Notes
Eggs can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
