Chili Lime Collard Greens

Ingredients
1
head collard greens
about 1-2 lbs
6
cups
chicken
beef, or vegetable broth
3
tbsp
sesame oil
3
garlic cloves
3
Thai chili peppers
1
lime
additional salt and pepper to taste
sesame seeds
toasted, for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, bring broth, sesame oil, garlic, chili peppers and the juice of 1 lime to a boil.
While broth is simmering, stack washed collard greens and chop into 1 inch thick pieces. Optional: Remove stem from entire leaf prior to chopping.
Add chopped collard greens to boiling seasoned broth and simmer for about an hour.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
Feel free to use any kind of broth or stock as your liquid base. Add salt and pepper to taste as necessary.
