Wonton Chips

wonton wrappers

shredded parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Edamame Hummus

cups
shelled edamame beans

cup
sesame oil

red chili flakes

salt
Instructions
Wonton Chips
Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Slice wonton wrappers in half lengthwise.
Place wonton wrappers on a baking sheet and top with shredded parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
Edamame Hummus
In a food processor or blender, mix together shelled edamame beans, sesame oil, chili flakes and salt. Serve with wonton chips.
