Edamame Hummus with Cheesy Wonton Chips

Ingredients

Wonton Chips

  • 50 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Edamame Hummus

  • 2 cups shelled edamame beans
  • 1 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Wonton Chips

  • Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Slice wonton wrappers in half lengthwise.
  • Place wonton wrappers on a baking sheet and top with shredded parmesan and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

Edamame Hummus

  • In a food processor or blender, mix together shelled edamame beans, sesame oil, chili flakes and salt. Serve with wonton chips.
